The Power Plate my7 and the Power Plate pro7 offer hundreds of workouts which can be completed in 30 minutes or less without the need for an on-site Trainer. You simply follow the program on the computer screen which ensures correct technique and the most beneficial exercises to strengthen the muscles you use to do the activities you enjoy.

GROUP TRAINING
A great way to experience the Power Plate workout is in a group workout. Our most affordable option pairs 2 or 3 other people with you as our Trainer leads the group in a 30-45 minute whole body workout.
REHABILITATION
The PowerPlate machine can assist in the rehabilitation of many injuries and special conditions.
